- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 crackers)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 ½ cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, for homemade whipped cream)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the Pudding Layer: In a bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk. Spread the pudding over the cooled crust.
- Add Banana Layer: Slice bananas and layer them on top of the pudding.
- Top with Whipped Cream: Spread whipped cream over the banana layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight preferred) to let the bars set.
- Slice and Serve: Slice into squares and enjoy!
