  • 1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth for a lighter version)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced (optional, for spice)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra smoky flavor)
  •  Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Sauté beef with onions and garlic until browned.
  • Add beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
  • Simmer for 30-45 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
