Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp avocado oil
Taco Assembly:
8 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
1 ripe avocado, sliced
½ cup cilantro-lime crema or chipotle mayo
Lime wedges, for serving
Fresh cilantro, optional garnish
Instructions
Make the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
Season the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, then toss them with the spice blend until evenly coated.
