Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for the oven or 380°F (193°C) for the air fryer.
  • Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder (optional), black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.

 

  • Spread the mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small amounts of the mixture onto the sheet, spreading each one into thin circles.
  • Bake or Air Fry:
    • For oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
    • For air fryer: Place in the basket in a single layer, cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Cool: Let the chips cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, add your favorite spices like smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, or dried herbs.
  • Ensure the cottage cheese mixture is spread thinly to get the crispiest results.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven or air fryer to maintain their crispiness.
