  • 1 cup Heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta: Boil ditalini pasta in chicken broth  according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Sauté the aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Make the creamy sauce: Add frozen peas, heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheeses to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  • Combine pasta and sauce: Add cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat. Adjust with reserved pasta water if necessary.
