Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Pie Crust: If using a store-bought crust, place it in the fridge. If you’re making your own, bake it according to the instructions and allow it to cool completely.
Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat together the smooth peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese. Add the heavy cream and continue to beat until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Layer the Bananas: Slice 3-4 bananas into thin, even rounds. Layer the banana slices evenly at the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
Assemble the Pie: Spoon the peanut butter filling over the banana layer, spreading it evenly to cover the bananas completely.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to allow it to set. Meanwhile, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the pie.
