  • Author: Emily Hart
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

This creamy and nostalgic banana pudding milkshake blends Southern comfort with sweet vanilla wafers and ripe bananas. Perfect for hot summer days or retro dessert cravings!

Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe bananas

2 cups vanilla ice cream

½ cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)

¼ cup instant vanilla pudding mix

⅓ cup crushed vanilla wafers

1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (optional)

Whipped topping (optional, for garnish)

Banana slices & extra wafer crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the bananas: Peel and slice bananas. For a thicker texture, use frozen banana slices.

Blend the base: In a high-speed blender, combine bananas, vanilla ice cream, milk, pudding mix, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.

Add crunch: Toss in crushed vanilla wafers and pulse 2–3 times to keep small bits for texture.

Serve: Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream, extra wafer crumbs, and banana slices.

Enjoy immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use non-dairy ice cream and milk.

Use banana pudding mix instead of vanilla for extra banana flavor.

Adjust milk for desired thickness.
