- ½ cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

- ¼ cup black olives (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Prepare the Tortilla: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Warm one tortilla in the pan for 1 minute.
- Layer the Ingredients: Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on one side of the tortilla. Sprinkle ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, or olives.
- Fold and Cook: Fold the tortilla in half. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
