- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, hemp seeds, chopped almonds, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden and crispy.
- Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before storing it in an airtight container.

- Feel free to customize the granola by adding other nuts, dried fruits, or seeds to your liking.
- Store the hemp granola in an airtight container for up to 1-2 weeks.
- For a vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey.
