Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on for presentation.
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and melted butter.
- Stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture, pressing gently to secure.
- Arrange the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little more melted butter.
