Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (preferably full-fat for creaminess)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Instructions
Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
