    • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
    • 2 tablespoons dried garlic flakes
    • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the dough by mixing warm water, yeast, sugar, and flour. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  • Let the dough rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
  • Shape the dough into bagels and boil them for 1 minute on each side.
  • Top with a mix of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic flakes, onion flakes, and coarse salt.
  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
