Description

Craving a quick and easy treat? These 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies require just peanut butter and sugar! Perfectly chewy, naturally gluten-free, and ready in no time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • ½ cup sugar (granulated or brown)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the ingredients. In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter and sugar until fully combined into a smooth dough.

Shape the cookies. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie, rolling it into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Flatten the cookies. Use a fork to press down lightly on each ball, making a crisscross pattern.

Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are set and slightly golden.

Cool & enjoy. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

Notes

Peanut Butter Type: Natural peanut butter works, but the consistency may vary. Stir well before using.
Sweetness Adjustments: You can use brown sugar for a softer texture or a sugar substitute for a low-carb option.
Storage: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
Freezing Tip: These cookies freeze well! Store them in a sealed container for up to 3 months and thaw before serving.
