Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs about 12 crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups whipped cream store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons sugar optional, for homemade whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Make the Pudding Layer: In a bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk. Spread the pudding over the cooled crust.
  3. Add Banana Layer: Slice bananas and layer them on top of the pudding.
  4. Top with Whipped Cream: Spread whipped cream over the banana layer.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight preferred) to let the bars set.
  6. Slice and Serve: Slice into squares and enjoy!
