Ingredients
Method
- Prepare the Potatoes:Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Spread on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Cook the Ground Beef:Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and sauté until softened, about 2–3 minutes. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, then stir in garlic powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully combined and cooked through.
- Assemble the Bowls:Divide roasted potatoes between 4 bowls. Top each with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of burger sauce.
- Serve:Enjoy warm. Optional: customize with bacon, avocado, jalapeños, or a fried egg!
