Ingredients

  • * 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • * 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • * 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • * 1 tablespoon butter
  • * 3 garlic cloves minced
  • * 1 cup heavy cream
  • * ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Slice the blackened chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
