Method
- Rub the chicken breasts with blackened seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until blackened and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Slice the blackened chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
