Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium flour tortillas or whole wheat for a healthier option
  • ½ cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked meat grilled chicken, turkey, sausage, or pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • Optional toppings: bell peppers onions, mushrooms, olives, or spinach

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay 2 tortillas on it.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by your choice of meat toppings (grilled chicken, turkey, sausage, etc.).
  5. Top with a second tortilla and press gently to seal.
  6. Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
