Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 large tortilla or wrap
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced bell peppers (optional)
  • lettuce or spinach (optional)
  • thinly sliced onions (optional)
  • garlic powder or paprika (optional)
  • hot sauce or chili sauce (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place cooked chicken in a bowl and shred or chop into small bite-sized pieces. Add mayonnaise or yogurt, salt, and pepper, then mix until lightly creamy and well combined.

  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Warm it slightly if needed to make it easier to fold.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture across the center of the tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chicken to ensure a melty texture in every bite.
  5. Add optional vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or lettuce on top of the cheese for extra crunch and flavor.
  6. Fold the sides inward, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  7. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the wrap rest for 1 minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
