  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil ditalini pasta in chicken broth  according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Sauté the aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  3. Make the creamy sauce: Add frozen peas, heavy cream, chicken broth, and cheeses to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  4. Combine pasta and sauce: Add cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat. Adjust with reserved pasta water if necessary.
